Learn the art of leadership

Leadership: it’s quite important, isn’t it? Well, we certainly think so – which is why we’ve created a special event for established housing leaders and those with the potential to become one.

Created in partnership with the Leadership Trust, ‘The art of leadership’ will teach you how to transform your organisation; inspire and grow future leaders; AND instil practical leadership development insight and tools within your own mind and body!

Building new affordable homes, maintaining existing stock, and a relentless focus on health and safety are just a few of the many challenges facing our sector – so, inspiring the greatest possible performance from your people is critical.

The Leadership Trust delivers high impact experiential leadership development, which changes behaviour and transforms individuals, teams and organisations for clients across the globe.

With foundations in the special forces, the trust’s approach has been honed over four decades with expert input from behavioural psychologists and specialists in leadership development. The Trust has worked with over 70,000 individuals covering 250 active companies each year.

But don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what some previous delegates have had to say:

‘Excellent programme, very insightful and I will most definitely recommend to my colleagues’Adrian Jacobs, Hub Manager, Poplar HARCA

‘Just loved it, learned a lot and will continue to learn’ – Angela Gascoigne, Chief Executive, SHAL Housing

‘I thoroughly enjoyed it’ – Llewellyn Graham, Chief Executive, Nehemiah Housing Association

So, there you have it. Also, it’s on the 13 December – so you’ll have your leadership skills primed just in time for Christmas. Click here to book your place.
