Building safety group seeks interest
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has got itself a best practice group, so it has, for building safety in the social sector.
And this explains why it’s named the enterprise the Social Sector (Building Safety) Engagement Best Practice Group.
According to the MHCLG, the group will develop best practice standards around: communicating critical building safety information to residents; ensuring residents who wish to are able to access more detailed building safety information; involving residents in decision-making; and lots more.
And that’s not all: they are inviting expressions of interest from social landlords. So, if you’re a social landlord, and you’re reading this, and you’ve some interest you’d like to express in these themes, this seems like a perfect opportunity.
I’d tell you more but, really, you’re better off clicking this link and reading the MHCLG’s official spiel.
